Toasted Ravioli with a Quick Alfredo Dipping Sauce

This creamy alfredo sauce makes our ravioli even that much yummier!


1 (20 ounce) package Farm Rich Toasted Ravioli

1 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons butter

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

pinch of ground nutmeg

1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley, plus more for garnish

Salt and pepper



  • Prepare toasted ravioli according to package directions and keep warm.
  • In a medium sauce pot over medium-high heat, stir together the heavy cream and the butter.
  • Bring to a boil and stir in the cheese.
  • Remove the heat and stir until the cheese melts.
  • Stir in the nutmeg and parsley. 
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with additional parsley and serve alongside toasted ravioli for dipping.

Makes about 2 cups of sauce

Serves: 6-8
